Account information:
- Account overview - provides a view of the consolidated position
of the deposit and loan accounts held with BancABC and
- their real time balances
- Account Summary- a summarized statement of all your accounts
and gives various details such as the account number, the
- description of the account, the base currency of the account,
the current balance
- Account Details - provides the user with all the details of a
selected account
- Account statement - view the account statements of any of their
eligible accounts
- Transaction history - view the account activity for any
account. The user can get the transaction details based on
different
- transaction dates, by specifying the amount range and sorting
on the transaction date, value date and the amount
- Download transaction history into a spreadsheet or financial
software package

- Loan Details- Shows Loan account details.

and specific transaction set.
ENROL
Eligible accounts:
At the moment, Internet banking is available on selected
eligible accounts. We are in the process of increasing the number
of eligible accounts and will advise you as we progress.
Simple steps to enrol:
Start using Internet Banking in 3 easy steps:
Step 1 - Sign-up
Complete and sign the Internet banking registration form and
hand it over to your Relationship Officer or Account
Relationship Manager.
Step 2 - User ID
You'll receive your personal User ID number via SMS.
Step 3 - First time login
Click on the Internet Banking link on our home page and log in
using your User ID and initial password. The terms and
conditions of use of BancABC Internet banking will be
presented for you to accept. On acceptance, you will then be asked
to select 5 questions that you will have to provide answers
to.
After changing your initial password, you can immediately start
online banking!
SECURITY TIPS
Security features/practices implemented/recommended to
give you peace of mind for banking online:
- Up to 256-bit encryption (using VeriSign ESSL certificates)
between your web browser and BancABC. This encryption ensures
- that hackers are not able to intercept any data (including
passwords) being communicated between your browser and BancABC over
the Internet.

- Use of a virtual keyboard on the login screen, with character
repositioning after every click.
- Mandatory use of UserID and a strong password to login - a
case-sensitive, alphanumeric password which is at least 8
- characters long.
- Use of a time-sensitive password - sent to the customer via SMS
to be validated each time the customer logs on or tries to perform
certain transactions.
- Use of Internet cafés or computers available for use by the
public is not recommended.BancABC will NOT ask you via sms, email
or over the phone to confirm any of your sensitive login
credentials
HELP & SUPPORT
Logging on to Internet Banking for the first
time?
- If more than 3 unsuccessful attempts to log in are made, for
your security, your profile will be locked. Please contact your
Relationship Officer/ Account Relationship Manager for
assistance.
- If the terms and conditions of use of Internet banking are not
accepted, the service will not be made available to you.
- When changing your initial alpha-numeric password, please
ensure that the new password adheres to the policy (combination of
capital letters, small letters and digits)
Forgotten log in credentials:
- Ask your Relationship Officer / Account Relationship Manager to
reset your password.
