Leasing

Leasing is a loan for capital expenditure purposes. We provide the loan to you through a repayment arrangement in order to finance the purchase of a fixed asset.

  • The repayment term is fixed at the time of the disbursement of the loan. 
  • Both principal and interest payments are paid on a monthly basis through a repayment arrangement.
  • The asset being financed remains the property of BancABC until the final repayment.
